To join Phil on his ride, you need to register. This is important - those who haven't registered will not be able to participate.

What you need to do:

1. Print off BOTH of the waivers. Complete/sign BOTH waivers and bring them with you and hand them in at the starting point of the ride. You will receive a wrist band allowing you to ride alongside Phil.
